Fertility & Perinatal Psychotherapy — for all paths to parenthood, in Notting Hill, London and online across the UK
Madison Jacoby, BACP-registered Psychotherapist & Counsellor
You might be in the middle of fertility treatment, grieving a pregnancy loss, or feeling quietly undone by the realities of early parenthood. Perhaps the woman you were before feels distant, or the life you planned looks nothing like the one you're living.
You may also be carrying the invisible weight of a demanding career, a relationship under strain, or a sense that you've lost yourself in caring for everyone else.
Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.

What I Help With:
I work with people navigating some of life's most intense and isolating experiences, including fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, the identity shift of new parenthood, and the exhaustion of caring for others. I support individuals across all backgrounds and family structures, including LGBTQ+ people and those on solo paths to parenthood. If any of this sounds familiar, therapy might be the space you've been looking for.

Who I help:
I'm a BACP-registered psychotherapist based in Notting Hill, London, specialising in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I support people through fertility treatment and IVF, pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety, rage and depression, birth trauma, and the identity shifts of early parenthood. I work with individuals across all family structures, including LGBTQ+ families and single parents. Sessions are available in person in West London and online across the UK.
How we work:
Sessions are a calm, confidential space to breathe, slow down and make sense of what is underneath your struggles. We will notice patterns that keep you stuck and practise simple tools that bring relief in daily life. I draw on relational, person‑centred, psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches. Together we will help you feel steadier, clearer and more connected to yourself and the people you love.
